Cutting to the chase I am doing a project for my art class that requires me to do a piece that is 60ftx1ft long.
60 feet is a HUGE size.
Long story short, I need your URLs, and if you reblog/like this post I will write your URL down on my piece.
I NEED 60 FEET OF URLS AND I HAVE SMALL HANDWRITING. PLEASE REBLOG FOR ONE REASON, AND ONE REASON ONLY:

PSYCHALGIA
[noun]
also known as psychogenic pain - physical pain that is caused, increased, or prolonged by mental, emotional, or behavioural factors. Headaches, back pain, or stomach pain are some of the most common types of psychogenic pain. It may occur, rarely, in persons with a mental disorder, but more commonly it accompanies or is induced by social rejection, broken heart, grief, love sickness, or other such emotional events.

Watercolour pencil and some time on my hands.
Just some quick digital painting fun in appreciation of Eve Myles, a.k.a. Gwen BAMF Cooper from Torchwood.
Also, I haven’t exactly abandoned this blog, just that I’m a rare blogger here and will probably just post what I do on DevArt anyway in the future.
Doodle for fun. Brushes are fun.
The Alley at Sunset
Full size acrylic painting of one of my earlier digital illustration art pieces (can be seen here)
Diagon Alley inspired, although more vaguely than the original concept art.
Excuse the scanning, I tried to improve it as much as possible.
Enjoy. =)
The Hufflepuff Common Room
Hey there, Hufflepuff!
So this is my very old and not completely canon interpretation of the Hufflepuff common room of Hogwarts castle. I made this before Pottermore opened, thus some of the things in these pictures are different from canon, but I’m submitting them anyway. =)
The only really big off-canon feature is that the common room’s ground plan is supposed to be circular, whereas mine is a square and a half-circle, plus added cubbyholes and whatnot. Underground passageways lead to the dormitories - which I thought were kind of vast and intersecting and winding funny. Kind of like tunnels for underground animals. Then the dorm rooms have roof windows that are ground level and are magically enchanted to seem like ordinary grass from above.
I thought it would be really cool if the whole common room was under the roots of a giant tree. So that’s what I did. With a ship/winecellar/barrelwood-like wooden structure as illustrated. I thought the students could study and play Exploding Snap on the raised levels and people could just hang out around the fireplace. Apparently the common room is full of soft comfortable furniture. =)
I think that’s all I wanted to add. Oh and in case you’re wondering about why there is a stack of barrels in a corridor there: to gain entrance to the Hufflepuff common room, you have to find the corridor below the entrance hall, continue along that corridor after the kitchen entrance (a still life painting of fruit - tickle the pear and it turns into a doorknob) until you find this stack of winebarrels on the same side as the kitchen entrance. Then you have to find the middle barrel of the second-from-ground row and knock in the rythm of “Helga Hufflepuff” and the barrel opens up and allows you inside. Should you fail to find the right barrel or tap the wrong rythm and you’ll get splashed with a shower of vinegar. Eww.
